I am an HR professional based in South Africa with experience that spans consulting, coaching, organisational development, and HR strategy.

My corporate expertise includes managing complex HR projects and developing HR strategy, Leadership development and HR process redesign. I have worked in complex corporate environments as well as the NGO and small business domain.

I have helped many students, graduates, and professionals achieve their goals by providing them with resourceful insight on how to construct an impactful CV and perform well in interviews. My coaching is based on extensive experience in HR and my deep interest in people, and how to encourage their potential.
